Journal policies

Open access policy: This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Peer-review policy: The manuscript will be reviewed by two suitable experts in respective subject area. The reports of both the reviewers will be considered when deciding on acceptance/revision or rejection of a manuscript. Editor-In-Chief will make the final decision, based on reviewer’s comments.

Copyright policy: All the articles published in Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA) are distributed under a creative commons license. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright of their work (all usages allowed except for commercial purpose).

Author self-archiving policy: The Journal allows the authors to self-archive pre-print, post-print and publisher’s version of the article in any OAI-compliant repository.

Plagiarism policy: The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Waiver policy: Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA) may grant the partial waiver in article processing charges to the authors those are unable to pay the APCs due to financial crisis.

I / We confirm that we are satisfied with Authenticity / Validity / Originality of Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA) and in case of refusal of our publication by our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee, I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA), India for the same.

  10. I agree to pay *Post Publication Correction charges as mentioned on www.gjeta.com if these corrections are brought to notice or requested after 3 days of publication of the paper (One time request only).

I / We accept that in case of any Copyright Infringement claim being filed and proven against my / our published article in future, then Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA), India have complete rights to remove my / our article from the index immediately without prior notice, and I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA), India for the same.

Journal performs all the process promptly and on time for which it has to pay the cost too and bear the expenses. Author may withdraw the paper and Global Journal of Engineering and Technology Advances (GJETA) will have no objection if said withdrawn article is published somewhere else.
  • Rs 1000 INR + Transaction Charges or $ 20 USD + Transaction Charges will be deducted, If Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment but is yet to complete Final Submission.
  • No Refund will be issued if Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment and Final Submission / After Publication process is completed.
